Director of Strategic Estate Intelligence™ OS Remote / Hybrid | U.S. & International Travel as Required Strategic Builds is seeking an exceptional technology and systems leader to architect and lead the development of Strategic Estate Intelligence™ OS — a proprietary operating system designed specifically for ultra-high-net-worth residences, family offices, private estates, yachts, and multi-property portfolios. This is not a “smart home” platform. This is the next generation of intelligent estate operations. Strategic Estate Intelligence™ OS is being developed to unify predictive intelligence, estate operations, security, environmental systems, staffing coordination, wellness, maintenance, logistics, energy management, AV/BMS integration, and portfolio-level oversight into a single ecosystem designed for the world’s most sophisticated residences. The ideal candidate understands that our clients do not simply own homes — they operate complex private ecosystems requiring the same precision, redundancy, intelligence, and operational discipline found in Northern European superyachts, aviation, and institutional-grade infrastructure. This individual will work directly with the Founder/CEO and alongside elite partners in: Advanced BMS systems AI and predictive analytics Luxury residential technology AV infrastructure Estate operations Cybersecurity Family office operations Yacht-grade systems integration The Role You will lead the vision, architecture, roadmap, and execution of Strategic Estate Intelligence™ OS from concept through deployment. You will build the foundational platform that ultimately powers: Multi-estate operational dashboards Family office intelligence portals Predictive maintenance systems AI-driven estate analytics Staff coordination systems Security and access intelligence Energy optimization Wellness and environmental intelligence Integrated BMS/AV ecosystems Cross-property operational visibility Long-term AI and robotics integration This is a rare opportunity to create a category-defining platform at the intersection of: Ultra-luxury residential AI Estate operations Predictive intelligence Smart infrastructure Superyacht-level systems integration Responsibilities Lead overall product and systems architecture for Strategic Estate Intelligence™ OS Develop platform roadmap and long-term technical vision Design scalable OS framework capable of managing multiple residences and estates Oversee integration of: BMS systems AV systems HVAC and environmental controls Security/access control Energy monitoring AI predictive analytics Staff/service workflows Build relationships with external technology and integration partners Assemble and manage internal and external development resources Evaluate emerging AI, robotics, and automation technologies for implementation Work closely with Strategic Builds project management and engineering teams Create dashboards and operational interfaces for family offices and estate staff Establish cybersecurity and data governance standards appropriate for UHNW clients Ideal Background We are less concerned with traditional corporate credentials and more interested in exceptional capability.
