DESIGN ASSIST PROCESS
Together with our team of construction experts, we meet every project with a collaborative Design Assist approach. While unconventional for most design-bid-build projects, this process ensures quality and value while mitigating risks and maintaining the project’s schedule.

ARCHITECTURAL MILLWORK, INTEGRATED METAL AND GLASS
STONE FABRICATION
We hand-select the finest stone slabs from Italy’s Carrera quarries, which are carefully fabricated and detailed for each interface. Our partners include Marmol Hotavlje (Slovenia) and Lanka Marine (Italy).
FLOORING
We deliver bespoke flooring solutions in partnership with Schotten & Hansen (Germany), featuring hand-finished timber, specialty treatments, and precision installation for seamless integration, durability, and refined underfoot performance throughout.
DECORATIVE PAINTING & PLASTERWORK
Master decorative painters and plaster artisans deliver hand-finished surfaces, depth, texture, and enduring architectural character. Some of our partners include Based Upon (UK) and Clifford Glass (UK).
FITTED FABRICS, LEATHERWORK, AND CUSTOM HARDWARE
We deliver fitted fabrics, bespoke leatherwork, and custom hardware, each crafted to precise tolerances and seamlessly integrated to enhance function, durability, and refined continuity throughout every residence.
AUDIO VISUAL AND HOME AUTOMATION
Seamless integration of advanced audio visual systems and home automation, ensuring intuitive control, discreet infrastructure, and flawless performance throughout. Two of our main partners are VBH International (Netherlands) and Advanced Systems Design (New York).
