Richard J. Preli is a senior construction executive and owner’s representative with over 25 years of experience delivering ultra-luxury residential, hospitality, and marine infrastructure projects worldwide. He has overseen more than $500 million in complex developments, including $100M+ private compounds and large-scale waterfront infrastructure. A Rhode Island School of Design–trained architect, Richard integrates design intent with disciplined operational execution, leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional quality, budget control, and on-time performance.

Christian Lages is an accomplished project manager specializing in luxury residential and superyacht interiors. With a Bachelor of Engineering in Interior Engineering from Rosenheim University, he has led complex projects in the U.S. and Northern Europe, from private residential projects to superyachts ranging from 70m to 145m. Formerly with Metrica GmbH & Co, Christian directed interdisciplinary teams of 25+ professionals, overseeing client relations, shipyard coordination, risk management, and final handovers with precision and technical excellence.

Christian Pratl brings extensive experience across superyacht and high-end residential interiors, refit execution, and complex project coordination. His background spans fabrication oversight, after-sales management, and the delivery of highly customized interior environments. Drawing from the rigor and discipline of the global yachting industry, Christian's process-driven approach is focused on coordination, accountability, and exceptional execution across every phase of a project.

Philip M. McGinn, CPA, is a financial executive with over 40 years of experience overseeing accounting, finance, and operations for construction and manufacturing organizations. As former CFO of White Coffee Corporation and Vice President of Finance at Hobbs, Inc., he led financial strategy for high-end residential construction projects, scaling revenues to $125M. With earlier leadership at EMCOR Group during its rapid growth to $4B, he brings deep expertise in budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiency.
